Dr. CHRISTOPHER MALCOLM
Dr. Malcolm is a Former Attorney General, British Virgin Islands; Director, Mona Law Institutes Unit, and Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law at Mona, University of the West Indies; Executive Director, Street Law Caribbean.
He is an alumnus of Munro College; the University of the West Indies at Cave Hill; the Norman Manley Law School; the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University London; and the UNCTAD Virtual Institute, in collaboration with the Universities of Barcelona and Chile, where he examined Legal Instruments of Economic Law and Regional Integration.
Dr Malcolm is admitted to practice in Jamaica, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, and St. Lucia, and he has been Head of Legal Unit, Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States. His expertise and academic interests include Arbitration and ADR, Banking and Finance, Construction and Real Estate, Administrative and Employment, Corporate and Commercial, Regional Integration and Economic Development. His publications include the Jamaica Chapter in the World Arbitration Reporter.
He has maintained special interest in matters involving Banking and Finance, Insurance and Securities, Corporate and Commercial, Construction and Real Estate, Administrative and Employment, Trade and Investment, Regional Integration and Economic Development, and general Contracts.
WINSTON HAYDEN, BSc., MBA
Mr. Winston Hayden is a Corporate Executive, Financial Manager, Systems Analyst, Project Manager and Business Consultant with over thirty years of experience in public and private sector management; organization development; business analysis; the design and structuring of corporate entities; investment management and project management.
He has specialized training in: Financial Modeling; Systems Analysis; Systems Design; Programming Management; and Executive Solutions.
Winston has served as Chairman of the Micro Investment Development Agency and sat on as many as 20 boards of several publicly and private owned entities, including Civil Aviation Authority of Jamaica; Fiscal Services Limited; the Revenue Board; the National Insurance Fund and the Agricultural Credit Bank (now a part of the DBJ. He was the Managing Director at Clarendon Alumina Production (CAP) until recently and is currently a Director of Proven Real Estate Development Trust.
He has many notable career achievements to include: pre-feasibility studies; development of concept documents; completing multi-million financial transactions; preparing valuation studies and due diligence assessments as well as successfully conducting post project evaluation studies.
DONALD O. CHARLES - CHAIRMAN, WoCAP FUND
Donald Charles was a banker for a significant portion of his professional life, including commercial and development banking. Additionally, Donald headed a firm that provided consulting services in Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Project Management, Hotel Development as well as Events Production, Artist & Sports Management and Customer Service Training.
Donald is a participant in the Harvard Business School Executive Education Alumni Program and, to date, has completed certificate programs in Finance for Senior Executives, Marketing for Senior Executives, Private Equity and Venture Capital and Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, and Acquisitions. He also has certificates in Building Effective Financial Markets and Project Management. Donald has completed the FCI Foundation Course on Domestic and International Factoring.

Researched and prepared a study on the linkages between tourism and agriculture in the OECS for the Food & Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
Developed a Seafood Marketing Strategy for the Eastern Caribbean for Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.
Made a presentation on “Integrated Multi-Destination Marketing Platform for the Latin America and Caribbean Region” at the ALIDE’s Forum on Tourism Financing and Development, November 2010 in Ecuador.
Made a presentation on “An Integrated Approach to Building a Sustainable Future” at the 52nd UNWTO Commission – Technical Seminar on Tourism Investments in the Americas, May 2011 in Paraguay.
Made a presentation on “The Caribbean Market” at Embraer Sixth Airline Business Seminar, May 2012 in Brazil.
Made a presentation on “Regional Collaboration - Key to Tourism Growth in Island States: An Integrated Approach to Branding, Development of Markets & Financing at the IDB/UNWTO Conference on Tourism as a Key Sector for Development in Island States, February 2014 in the Bahamas.
