How it works

Step-by-Step Guide Towards Financing


1. QUALIFICATION

  • Client fills out a pre-qualification application. (Use the link below)

  • After review, applicant is advised as to whether or not they are eligible for due consideration for working capital financing.

2. UNDERWRITING

  • Client uploads the following documents in Xls or Pdf format:

    • 2 years Financial Statements (Balance Sheet; Profit and Loss)

    • Current Year-to-End of Last Month - Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements

    • 2 years Financial Projections ( Balance Sheet; Profit and Loss)

    • Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging report (template will be provided)


4. FUNDING REQUEST

  • Notice of Assignment letters are sent to buyers and invoices are verified.

  • Borrowing Base Certificate issued to Client and if accepted then certificate is signed.

  • Client makes a Funding Request based on valid invoices.

  • Funds credited to a pre-funded international credit card.

3. TERM SHEET

  • If after loan underwriting the Client’s application is approved, then a Term Sheet is offered.


5. LINE PAYDOWN

  • Buyers are notified when invoices are due.

  • Buyers pay invoices that are due to Lender’s Master Account.

  • Paid invoices are reconciled and payment less lending fees are credited to the client’s account.

  • Client can make a new Funding Request based on available credit.
